The Users shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted this Agreement, which may be updated or modified by PRISHA PUBLICATIONS LLP from time to time.The use of the Website is offered to the Users conditional on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this Agreement and as may be posted on the Website from time to time. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site at the time of purchase. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of PRISHA PUBLICATIONS LLP so no disputes shall be entertained.
